Rachel's Ribbons specializes in the wholesale trade of custom Fashion Hair Bows & Accessories. Returns are for unopened. unused product with manufacturing defects only. All custom products purchased are non-refundable. We will gladly correct any manufacturing defects as soon as notified of the issue.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If calculated shipping rates are insufficient to cover freight charges to International addresses, you will be contacted before shipping order. We will try our best to limit your order to the smallest box sizes possible.
When you place an order, website will estimate shipping based on the shipping options you choose. While we strive to ship all orders within 7 days of order date, please keep in mind that Rachel's Ribbons is a custom manufacturer of fashion hair accessories and not all colors and styles are readily available as stock product and may delay shipping.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based & volume-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Volume of all items ordered calculates based on the volume and number of boxes required to ship your order. Shipping rates are calculated & estimated by the freight company rate charts chosen and not by Rachel's Ribbons.
Wholesale Accounts which would like us to ship per their freight account, will need to EMAIL their orders to Sales@rachelsribbons.com for processing. For convenience and order tracking on your account, we encourage you to order through website and pay for freight as calculated.
